Most shops don’t focus on being inviting and many barbers haven’t mastered the customer-experience skills as Ford has. He was not only welcoming but gave an energy that allowed me to make clear what I wanted out of the service, he made the environment comfortable. That’s a skill that takes years to develop for most, it’s evident it’s an area he’s mastered. The beard trim he provided covered all the points I made to him during the initial consultation. “ Walked in here on a Monday looking for a new barber.... Was blessed that Alex was at the shop and available to cut me! I’m so happy I randomly walked into this shop because Alex is an amazing barber! He actually takes his time and is very meticulous in getting the small details right. He doesn’t rush through your haircut as so many of the new barbers do. He is very thorough and the man knows his job well! I described to him what I wanted, showed him a photo and he executed perfectly! I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone in the Katy area looking for a good barber! You won’t be disappointed!
